Volunteering
We appreciate all the support we have received so far, and we always have a need for volunteers!
Here are some suggestions on how you can get involved and as always, please feel free to reach out with any other ideas you may have.
We look forward to having you join us.

Spread the word!
Please consider printing and sharing our flyer above on your local community bulletin board, library, or coffee shop!
T-Shirts, Oh My!
Purchasing and wearing our merch is another great way to help out! Often times strangers will come up and say, "Tell me more. What is the Connecticut Death Collective?" It is a great way to open up a conversation about death, offering true human connection.
Sing with us!
We welcome musically-minded volunteers to share your
hearts and voices!
Join the Celestial Singers every Saturday from 10-12.
Together, we can hold space for someone while creating
a comfortable and caring environment. Our voices are
powerful in enhancing a sense of calmness and
well being, allowing their body to absorb the vibration.
As we receive requests from family members or
organizations, whoever is available may sing together as
a small group to individual residents in long-term care,
acute care, palliative care settings, hospice, and private
homes.
Rehearsal dates will be forthcoming as we receive your
request for availability, dates, and times.
Feel free to bring meaningful song recommendations.
Please respond to Geralene Valentine with your
available dates and any questions or concerns.
